Thai Kitchen to the World is a program that sees over 200 Year 9-12 students in schools participating in Thai Masterclasses being run by Chef Paul and Chef Mon from Suan Duisit University, Bangkok. Competing schools are Claremont College, Rosny College, Hobart College and Huonville High School.
The program, which runs from 11-19 September, culminates in a reception for 250 guests next Tuesday (19 September) at the
Drysdale Campus of TasTAFE. The reception will include a cooking challenge for four schools with VET Kitchen Operations programs.
