Drysdale Centre of Excellence is now established at Claremont College, offering courses to help Tasmanian’s gain skills in the tourism and hospitality industry. Learn about the server’s legal responsibility. The responsible service of alcohol course gives an overview of a server’s legal responsibility, liability and duty of care to patrons. The responsible service of alcohol course is a legal requirement for anyone working or wanting to gain employment with alcohol products in the hospitality industry.
Participants will learn:
– To sell or serve alcohol responsibly
– To assist customers to drink within appropriate limits
– To assess alcohol-affected customers and identify customers to whom the sale or service must be refused
– To refuse to provide alcohol
$65.00 per person
